We invite you to the training "Home medical assistance to civilians in conditions of hostilities in Ukraine"

We invite family members of Defenders on April 4 (Saturday) 2026 to the training "Home medical assistance to civilians in conditions of hostilities in Ukraine."
At the training you will learn:
✅ about first aid and self-help in critical situations and during hostilities;
✅ about critical bleeding and what can be done to help;
✅ what to do if a person is not breathing or, conversely, is breathing frequently;
✅ about cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
✅ how to work with an automatic external defibrillator (which are available in Kyiv at metro stations);
✅ what to do with other injuries and how to figure out what is critical and what is less critical;
✅ about help with heart attack, stroke, seizures, and strangulation.
30% is time-consuming for theory, 70% is time-consuming for practicing skills in practice.
🤝 The training will be held Iryna Pashchenko, volunteer of the Yarmiz Center, certified instructor of first aid and tactical medicine (certificate of the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine).
✔️ Ttraining rivalry 8 hours, with breaks. Starts at 10:00.
✔️ People aged 18 to 60 are invited.
✔️ Where: The training will be held in the center of Kyiv.
✔️ Pre-registration is required. The number of places is limited. Participation is free of charge.

The uniform is comfortable, taking into account that practical skills training in most cases takes place lying on the floor.
Bring a sleeping mat or some kind of bedding.
