Giving thanks to the team of volunteers

It is very valuable when people who give their whole soul to a worthy cause receive gratitude and comprehensive support.

On January 3, on behalf of Yulia Laputina, Minister of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, a thank-you ceremony was held for the team of volunteers for their high professionalism, dedication and active participation in the preparation of the program of psychological support for veterans' families. Qualified psychologists undertook the development and implementation of the pilot project "STRONG CONNECTIONS, STRONG COUPLES" for families of combatants, which included a two-day training at the YARMIZ Center.

🔸 Specialists in the method of emotionally-focused couples psychotherapy worked on the translation, adaptation and creation of the working material, which became the basis for the implementation of this program: Olena Redchyts, Sofiya Gordienko, Olena Lytvyn, Myroslava Kylylyuk. 🔸 Karina Bezrebra translated the necessary materials, contributing to the creation of workbooks for couples.

Olena Redchyts and Valentina Neykova-Mokhova, with their competence and therapeutic skills, helped the participants of the program to work on healing relationships in their couples in a safe atmosphere.

🔸The dream of creating an accessible and effective program for families of veterans in Ukraine was realized by a family psychologist - psychotherapist of the Yarmiz Center Syrytsia Marina. Based on the results of the work, we received positive feedback from the training participants. Director General of the Directorate of Civil Identity and Veteran Development of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs Ruslan Prykhodko thanked for fruitful work and cooperation with Мінветеранів and YARMIZ center for rehabilitation and readaptation of ATO and jfo participants. He noted that one of the Ministry's priorities remains the implementation of psychological rehabilitation programs for ATO veterans. "This is an extremely important area of work, which depends on the success of the veteran's return to a peaceful life in society. We have a lot of work ahead of us and in such a synergy, with the involvement of qualified specialists, we can take steps towards the successful implementation of this direction. We are always open and ready to cooperate."

Such an award is another step towards further cooperation for the benefit of all those who defended and defend the integrity of Ukraine.
