Hear to see project

An important direction of the YARMIZ Center's work is the development of effective tools and measures for the involvement of ATO/OS veterans with disabilities, in particular the visually impaired, in social and labor rehabilitation.

The project "Hear to see" is based on the National Strategy for the creation of a barrier-free space until 2030 and aims to create favorable conditions for the formation of an inclusive educational environment and ensure access to quality education and self-education of people with visual impairments through reformatting and further replication of textbooks , visual and didactic materials, special manuals and fiction in audio books.

Within the framework of the project, on April 22, in partnership with the GS "Modern View", a poetic flashmob "Trace on the Earth" was held in memory of the poet, storyteller, storyteller Tetyana Frolovoi. While preparing for the event, the participants of the flash mob, people with visual disabilities recited poems from the poetry collection "Footprint on the Earth" for the cameras, which symbolically became the swan song of the poetess. Video recordings from 25 cities and towns of Ukraine were edited into a film by YARMIZ Production studio and became the main event of the event.

After watching the film, the participants of the online meeting exchanged memories and impressions of getting to know the profound poetry of the poetess.

As of May 1, 2021, UAH 33,810.55 was spent on the project
