Twelve mothers from different parts of Ukraine, who lost their sons in the war, but found the strength to live on, became a support and example for others, take an active civic position: they are the heroines of the photo project.
Photo exhibition “Strong in Spirit. Mothers” was initiated by the Department of Military Chaplaincy of the UGCC within the framework of the project of spiritual and psychological care, support and rehabilitation of the families of fallen servicemen, as well as with the support of the All-Ukrainian public organization “Veterans’ Brotherhood”.
