"New Elite" is a multi-year program that aims to create a cross-sectoral platform to help the veteran community master the competencies and tools of everyday participation in the life of the state, the practices of involvement in the development of state policies, the improvement of legal and public competencies, and leadership qualities as prerequisites for capacity building influence management decisions at local, regional or national levels.
