“Leading Family - Values to Pass on to Generations” Project provides a 4-month online training course on creating a turnkey family business model for veteran families and families of internally displaced persons.
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:– Two-day offline meeting introduction (introductory lecture-introduction to the course program, family team building with the project psychologist, lecture on gender literacy, painting master class.
Online course
– 13 family business training modules;
– Psychological support course in online format;
– A course of online lectures on gender literacy and building a strategy for achieving work-life and work-family balance;
– A course of lectures on sustainable development and adaptation of family businesses to environmentally friendly ones.
