The project "Together through trials" has been launched

The system of psychological rehabilitation and reintegration requires constant adaptation and improvement. Accordingly, the demand for training and support of specialists who work with military personnel, veterans and their family members is growing. The experts of our Center place special emphasis and attention on the needs and development of psychosocial support for families of military personnel and veterans. This will contribute to reducing the risks of secondary traumatization, strengthening family ties and improving the quality of life of both defenders and their family members, because the family is the first circle of support and support for military personnel and veterans.

Project "Together through trials" aims to strengthen community capacity through the implementation of systematic and continuous psychosocial support for military personnel, veterans and their families.

Within 6 months, we plan to implement the following project tasks:

  • conducting training "Communication across distance» on the specifics of pair counseling for families of military personnel and veterans;
  • providing supervisory support to trained family psychologists;
  • providing individual and couple psychological counseling for defenders and their family members;
  • conducting classes according to the program "Recovery through creativity»;
  • conducting training according to the program "equal to equal» for military personnel working with personnel.

The project "Together Through Trials" is being implemented with the support of the European Union and the International Renaissance Foundation as part of the joint initiative "Joining the EU Together".
