Our relationship as a couple is now under significant pressure from the stressful factors of wartime. If you feel that you have moved away from your partner, that there is a misunderstanding between you, there is more tension and conflicts, you can mistakenly think that your feelings have not passed the test, that an irreversible disaster is happening, that your couple is threatened with divorce.
In fact, any crisis is a point of growth, when something old collapses and dies to make way for something new - deeper, bigger, better. The stage when, as before, it is no longer possible, and as in a new way, it is not yet clear, can be called a period of turbulence.
It will shake a little, but a new height is ahead.
In order to survive this difficult time, even in the conditions of war, permanent stress, exhaustion, losses and personal challenges, it is worth seeking help and support.
Currently, there are plenty of psychologists in Ukraine who work with married couples, but not all of them have the methodology and experience to work with families of military personnel. At the "YARMIZ" Center, experienced specialists work in this direction, so we offer consultations for couples in which one or both partners are in military service or have the status of a veteran of the armed forces.

- loss of closeness, misunderstanding, tension, inability to agree, changes in communication;
- discomfort and unusual manifestations in the sphere of intimate life;
- inability to help each other during such manifestations as outbursts of anger, aggression, protracted periods of apathy, complex obsessive thoughts, sleep disturbances, appetite, etc.;
- conflicts based on jealousy, betrayal.
