<\/figure>\n\n\n\nSvitlana Olieynikova, Business and Community Development Specialist, General Director of Synergy Development Consulting LLC, Chairman of the Board of the Civic Organization \u201cInternational Agency for Change\u201d was the provider of organizational development services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of the grant, there was a 3-day facilitated session during which the problem tree was analyzed, the mission and vision of the YARMIZ Center were formed, a SWOT analysis of the organization\u2019s activities was conducted, the value of the organization's internal documents (policies, standards and codes) was updated, the analysis of cost estimates of the organization\u2019s activities on current activities, as well as the analysis of sources of financing the organization (financial instruments) was conducted; the management structure of the team was analyzed, requirements planning for staff and ways of its attracting to the team were made, GAP-analysis was conducted and a strategic development plan for the YARMIZ Center for 2020-2025, as well as the development plan of the organization for 2020 were prepared.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Grant Agreement No.: 075USOD05-03986\/01.
