"HAPPINESS" course

Dear veterans, volunteers, family members of our soldiers and frontline volunteers! On Tuesday, December 21 at 18:30, a new 4-day course "Happiness" from the "Human International Association for Human Values" begins.
Everyone knows that breathing is one of the most important functions of our body. In the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, which affects the respiratory tract, one of the recommendations of doctors is to prepare and tolerate the disease more easily in case of infection thanks to breathing exercises. Daily, and preferably several times a day.
Many of our visitors already know about the course, which specializes in breathing practices. The duration of the lesson is 2.5 hours.
International level yoga instructor Nataliya Tolstova will be with you.
